Well I was thinking I would take Ky kayaking again... this time at
Lake Pflugerville. It was kind of windy but I thought we would try it anyway. Unfortunately I forgot that the boat place wasn't open during the week before Memorial Day. We got there and it was locked up tight and the beach was mostly deserted. That did not stop us from having some swim time fun! We swam around on the outskirts of the swim beach ropes and we accidentally scared some ducks with their babies. Ky chased her new tennis ball in the water. Over and over and over again. I think I even wore her out! We were the life of the swim beach. She visited the few people that showed up. We saw a really cool kite that some people were flying nearby. It was a good day til later when my sunburn showed up in full force while I was at work.
