I didn't know they came in this size... from my friends Bree and Ryan.

So I know I have wowed you guys with the many pics of my pup at Red Bud. Today I was trying to get her all glowy in the sunshine. It was a coldish day so not so much with the swimming. She still had a great time. Also there is a pic of some yellow leaves. Almost the New Year and our trees are just finishing up their color change. Oh and the pictures of the water are actually pictures of fish.

After a day at the park it is always fun to snuggle up in the covers in bed.

Cookie Time (12.14.13)

Mom and I made cookies for everyone. It took two days and by final count I think we had 14 different types of cookies. (Once again she has the other pics). Isaac stopped by for a little while and helped us make some too. Let's see we had: Choc Chip, Chunky Monkey (banana choc chip), Spritz, Oatmeal Raisin, Fudge, Peanut Brittle, Peppermint Stx, Tiger, Peanut Butter, Thumb prints, Haystacks, iced sugar cookies, Rum Balls, Snickerdoodles- I think that was it. I took several trays to work and sent some off to my friends. I ended up eating quite a few as well-there goes the diet :)
We had fun and I think everyone liked them.

I want a Hippopotamus for Christmas....(12.13.13)

I was invited to Isaac's Christmas program this year and actually had the night off. I was running a little late in traffic and thought I might miss it but I got there just in time. (I didn't realize it was way up north) The kids were all so cute. Isaac was a little gentleman. During the Hippo song the music cut out but those little three and four year olds kept going strong. Gus's class was next. He looked so cute in his red hat. Afterwards the classes go presents from Santa Claus! Isaac got a Christmas book about Texas.

We went to a Mexican food(I can't even remember the name now) restaurant afterwards that took forever and the food wasn't really all that great. But otherwise we had a good time.

To the Jerk who parked too close... (12.11.13)

You are soooo lucky I saw this first. I normally back up first to get out of a parallel parking spot. I doubt it would have damaged my car. And look-yours is brand new!

Fairys, dragons and Santa--oh my! (11.30.13)

So I almost missed Renaissance Festival this year-you're shocked right?

I haven't missed Ren Fest in well...ever.

So when I realized that it was almost over I asked off grabbed my mom and headed to Plantersville, Texas. This was the last weekend for it and luckily we got great weather. The weekend before there had been cold and rain. Yuck! So great weather and Santa Claus. The last weekend is the Christmas themed weekend. Everything was decorated up very festive. Mom took most of the pics this trip and I have yet to get them from here so here is what I got.
