We took it easy today. Kyleigh has had red eyes for a little while now and so I took her to the vet to have them checked out. We go to
Forest Creek Vet in Round Rock. I like it because we personally never really see the same vet twice but I appreciate the fact that we can see which ever vet is available. When I had the ferrets we were very limited on who could actually see them and when we saw someone who was not a specialist in small animals-because our doctor was not available-there was always a misdiagnosis. It was very frustrating. Now we just make an appointment with whoever is available-which also makes Kyleigh familiar to everyone instead of just one person.
Kyleigh had a little bit of pink eye according to the doctor. It is more than likely caused by the river water she swims in.
